I am a very caring person and have been working with children since the age of 13 when I started babysitting. I am now a graduated CYC and have been working in the field for 2 years. I enjoy helping others by providing any support I can and take pride in taking on caregiving roles to those who need it. I am currently a supply educational assistant for TVDSB, where I support students in elementary schools however I am looking for an additional job that is part-time or full-time. I enjoy being creative when it comes to activities and crafts while also making them educational opportunities. My hobbies include exercising daily, going on walks with my dog, reading and baking. I am also an animal lover therefore pets will not be an issue. I am a very positive person and enjoy making others happy.
I am a graduated Child and Youth Worker from Fanshawe College. I am looking for part- time or full-time employment until going on maternity leave in February, 2022. I am also an Educational Assistant for Thames Valley District School Board but am looking for a change. I’m looking for 2-3 days a week. I have experienced supporting children with learning difficulties, special needs and various behaviours while working with TVDSB. Before moving to London, I was working as a developmental support worker for Chatham-Kent Children’s Services where I supported toddlers and school aged children with special needs such as behaviours, developmental delays, physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, medical, etc. I was also an EA at an indigenous school where I supported students with similar needs. I have babysat since I was 13 years old for many families and am also an aunt to a 3 year old and a 5 month old, therefore have a lot of experience with children of many ages.
