Hi. My name is Emily and i’m an 18 year old girl. I’m Portuguese (São Miguel Island & São Jorg) but unfortunately I am not fluent.. yet. I like to think I am very kind, hard working, organized and patient. I enjoy reading, baking, cooking, exercising, volunteering and working. I live with my parents, brother and dog in Lucan, Ontario and I am looking for a job to further enhance my skills and experience. I love working with children and wish to pursue a career as a child and youth councillor in the near future. I’ve always enjoyed helping others and hope to make a difference in their lives. I’ve been working with children since I was 15 and have experience with children who have disorders and disability’s (ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Feeding Tubes, Speech Impairments, Autism and Epilepsy), I have also taken co-op at Bishop Reding High School and became a teacher’s assistant at Queen of Heaven in Milton.
