My name is Dani, I am 21 years old currently enrolled in Childhood and Social Institutions at Kings at Western University. I have always been very passionate about children. I have worked for LDCSB as a Recreational Camp Leader. I was very much involved in leadership communities in high school and was a Leadership Ambassador at the Global Student Leadership Summit as well as a Spirit Leader at the Ontario Student Leadership Summit where I led groups of 50 children through team building and leadership activities. I have nannied for 5 year old twins full time from April 2021-September 2021 and have maintained an amazing relationship with the girls and their family and still frequently watch them and spend time with them! I have been nannying part time since September 2021 for 3 boys (9 months, 3 and 5) and have built an amazing relationship with their family as well! I have been a part time nanny for a 3 year old boy on the Autism spectrum since this past September and he has been a joy to learn from. Working with children is a dream for me. I will be teaching as emergency supply at Lockes PS starting in December as well. I live in both St Thomas but I do have a vehicle so am flexible as to where I can work. I love music and love to sing. I am looking for full time hours or 4 days a week at the beginning of July/end of June so looking for a summer job. No weekends! Will be looking for around $19 an hour as I will have an Undergraduate degree in Child and Youth by the summer!
