Hi my name is Mani. I am a 23 year old young woman. I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. I am a responsible, compassionate, empathetic and caring person. I thrive in places where I can help other people. For that reason, I enrolled in school for child and youth work at Sheridan College as well. I wrote a book at the age of 22 and continue to pursue my interests in writing. I love literature, psychology, and anything related to languages. I have always loved kids and can't wait to have my own one day. In the meantime however, I babysit my friends kids and actually have three years experience babysitting a little boy who was 4 at the time. I stopped watching him when he turned 7 as my services were no longer needed. I am happy to provide references as well as answer any questions you might have. When I was babysitting a four year old little boy, I would make him food and feed him while he watched his favourite shows. His house was close to a recreation centre so I'd take him swimming. If it wasn't too hot, I'd take him to the park to play. Sometimes if it was raining, we'd play with his cars and other toys indoors. I really believe in keeping children engaged because it helps them learn to think better, and they grow to be healthier kids as a result. It's also really fun and good for the soul. I also looked after my younger siblings when they were born and learned all about taking care of babies at a very young age. I am well equipped to take care of children and appreciate every opportunity I get.
