my name is Teri-Lynn and I am 48 years old. I have been married to my husband with relapse remitting MS for 32 years with whom I have two older children (20, 29). In my free time I enjoy gardening, listening to music, volunteering at the MS Society. Over the course of my marriage I have learned a significant amount of knowledge about caring for an ill person who requires emotional and occasionally physical support. I have always had a passion for taking care of those in need whether it is simply providing companionship or general care. In terms of experience, I have obtained a diploma in Early Childhood Education and I previously worked at a nursing home in the Alzheimers ward. I easily adapt to new environments, and I will make the person that I am caring for feel safe, valued and understood. I am committed to treating your loved one like my own.

I have maintained and operated a daycare out of my home for approximately 3 years. I enjoy children of all ages, they are blessings and there is nothing more rewarding than forming a trusting bond and watch them grow and flourish. I enjoy educating children, I understand that every child is unique and all have different needs, strengths, and learning abilities. I’m a great listener, with a great sense of humour. I take pride in being assertive, attentive and creative. I’m on your team and have their best interest at heart.
