I am an experienced nanny having been employed as a nanny for the last 5 years, caring and nurturing children in my care as if they were my own. I am also fluent in Spanish and English and enjoy to do arts & crafts. As an avid gardener, I love teaching children about growing the food that we eat and caring for the environment.

Asides from raising and taking care of my own 3 children (I have a 12 yr old son, 16 yr old daughter & 18 yr old son) my experience includes: -Caring for a newborn, preparing/sanitizing bottles, feeding, changing diapers, bathing, being attentive to baby's sensitive eczema prone skin, laundry & organizing baby items -Entertaining and caring a 10 month old baby boy and 4 year old girl, bathing, preparing meals & snacks -Taking care of a 12 month old providing standard childcare as well as driving to an EarlyOn Learning Centre interacting with other children (pre-covid) -Successfully potty trained a toddler who had just turned 2 -Babysitting 9 yr & 10 yr old sisters after school /assisting with homework -Meal prep & light cooking, laundry, organizing, cleaning -Employed as a Spanish teacher in the International Language Summer Program at All Saints C. S, in 2017. I was responsible for teaching Spanish to a kindergarten class of up twenty 4-5 year olds developing a teaching curriculum incorporating learn and play activities. Responsibilities include: -Baby care, changing diapers, bathing, bottle feeding & first solid foods - Educational activities (beginner reading, simple math, basic writing skills) - Arts and crafts, puzzles, and other creative interests - Outdoor play (weather permitting) ie. walks to park - Meal prep (nutritious lunch and snacks for kids, dinner for parents) - Housekeeping (laundry, cleaning) - Homework help I live in Ajax (Rossland / Audley area), I also have a car and can travel to work in Ajax, Whitby & Pickering.
