I am a nanny to a very sweet 2 year old in Yaletown, we have a share buddy for 3 days a week and we are looking for another friend to join 1-2 days a week. I am an ECE with CPR/First aid. I have studied and put into practice techniques from both Montessori and Reggio-Emilia philosophies; I believe in a child-led approach to care, with an emphasis on learning through play and allowing the children's interests to lead where our activities and learning go. I use positive guidance and I'm hoping to work with families who also use gentle approaches to care.
