My name is Ashley and I am a 22 year old girl who loves children. I have recently graduated from York University and officially have obtained my Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Children, Childhood, and Youth Studies. I currently work at Sobeys as a customer service representative, however, I am looking for a job that is in my field and involves working with children. I am taking a year off before going to teachers college to save money for school and gain more experience with children. In my spare time I really enjoy going to the gym, I exercise 6 days each week. Health and fitness is a very important aspect in my life. I also enjoy spending time with friends, family, going for hikes, bike rides, and even watching a good television show or movie.

I have babysat two young girls for two years whenever the parents would go out, typically 2-3 times per month. I am looking to gain more experience with children as I went to school to become an elementary school teacher. I enjoy teaching children and answering their questions; I have a very welcoming personality which oftentimes allows children to feel comfortable opening up and talking to me.
