I have previously been a volunteer caregiver to families in need where I had to provide for children between the ages of 1 and 10.
I am also a mother of 3 who are now 17, 22, and 24. Providing for children of my own has taught me the importance of childcare for there are many needs and requirements to be able to tend for children.
My niece who is autistic has also opened my eyes to the needs of special needs children and the care that they require on a daily basis. These past experiences have especially taught me about the importance of nannies and caregivers, and the importance of the role in and of itself. |
