My name is Anna. I am currently looking for work as a nanny/mother’s helper/caregiver. After being a stay at home mum to my two boys, I worked for the Calgary Board of Education as a School Assistant and Lunchroom Supervisor from 2013 to 2019 (Unfortunately, I lost my position to someone with more seniority). I have a passion for education and really enjoyed supporting and educating kids in an elementary school setting. From January to August of 2020 I completed my Health Care Aide certificate through ABES college. From March 2021 to the present day I have been working for several different families, helping them with household tasks and childcare. I am interested in reading, cooking and keeping fit (getting out in nature, walking).

For several years I have built up experience working with elementary age kids in the CBE system as a School Assistant and Lunchroom Supervisor. Since March of 2021 I have been for several families helping them with household tasks and childcare. Currently I am looking to increase my hours dedicated to young children. I would love to support your family helping your kids with homework, reading, picking them up from school, snack preps, creative activities and craft, taking to and from school holiday camps. I can pick up and drop off the children at their extra curricular activities. Also, I enjoy cooking the family dinner, and/or do babysitting (weekends are possible). I often find that young children need a bit of individual rest and play time at home after school, and I could provide that. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: -Beaver leader with Scouts Canada for 2 years -I was very involved in both of my boys elementary school classrooms, in terms of providing support in the form of accompanying the class on field trips, helping the teacher out in the classroom where needed, and volunteering in the school library.
