Hello, my name is Mya. I moved to Calgary over 6 years ago. I started nannying shortly after moving to Calgary. I am seeking a part-time nannying job. I currently work one day a week on Wednesdays. I would love to find a part-time family up to four days a week excluding Wednesdays because I will be staying on one day a week with my current family. I am currently enrolled in the Early Learning & Child Care Certificate program to obtain my level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certificate. My program is online which allows me to have a flexible schedule. I have worked with different families over the years with a wide range of different aged children from newborn to 8 years old. As a nanny, I enjoy getting out of the house, whether that's walking to the local park or going to the Calgary Zoo. I enjoy a clean environment, so I don't mind doing some light cleaning and laundry. I also enjoy baking healthy snacks! About me: I am 25 years old and I moved here from Vancouver BC in 2017 to attend university, I loved it here and decided to call Calgary home. I started nannying part-time while attending school and discovered that I have a true passion for working with young children. I also have a strong passion for being fit and active. I grew up playing all types of sports, but I decided my passion was playing hockey. I played high-level AAA hockey until I moved to Calgary after graduating high school. I remain very active with a strong passion for personal fitness, and I continue to play hockey for fun. I enjoy doing just about anything that involves being outdoors.
