She supported us through the whole process. It’s a long process but worth it as reliable, trust worthy, safe, all the cheques and balances you want of someone coming into your home. Everyone appreciated her attitude and demeanour. She was fair, honest and validated all concerns in a professional way. She was introduced to us through a friend who has a caregiver. We have offered to be a reference as we’ve been pleased with the service received. Met almost two years ago now. She’s well-educated yet that didn’t come out until later. It are perfect sense though. We were happy with this choice.
