Hi there, my name is Amanda . I am 19 years old, currently finishing up my second year studying psychology at UBCO. I grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Kelowna in September, 2019. I live with two roommates in West Harbour and we are currently renting from my parents who will be moving out here this summer. I am always full of positive enthusiastic energy and always going to be able to keep up with the kids. I am also very health-oriented with a passion for cooking and fitness. So you can expect your child to be eating healthy home cooked meals while I am on shift. I love hiking, biking, going on walks, skiing, swimming and anything outdoors.

I have loads of experience working with kids as I have been a swim instructor since I was 15 years old. I have also worked as a full time camp counselor at the YMCA in winnipeg in the summer of 2019 before coming out to school. I have worked with kids of various ages ranging from infant-13 years old. I am certified in first aid and am very flexible with my work hours as my schooling is online. I am also very active so if your kids are too they will never be bored. I can always keep up with the demanding task of providing care to children
