Hi there, My name’s Katharine. I am currently still working with a lovely family but come September will be looking for another opportunity. I switched careers a few years back and have been loving my role as a nanny. Prior to that I had worked for years with seniors. I feel that much of my experience working with seniors has been beneficial when it comes to this role. I love to plan fun and age appropriate activities and find creative things to engage the kids in. I am fun, loving and very empathetic. Work Experience: I am currently working with an amazing family that I have been with for the past three years. In Sept both girls will be in school full time so I am searching for another wonderful family to join. Prior to working with this family I had worked with seniors in ltc for almost 20 years in different roles such as PSW, Rec Therapist and Social Service Coordinator. I also had a couple families that I would babysit for a couple evenings during the week at different points. I babysat my nieces all the time since they were newborns and have always loved babies and children.
