Hello, My name is Ashley-Lynn. I am 26 years old, a mom to a 7 year old and currently work as a home care worker in a LTC home. My job consist of cleaning, cooking, medications, mental health support and scheduling doctors appointments. I am very familiar with mental health and have training in this as well such as suicide prevention and De-Escalating a potentially violent situation ect.
