We are a family of five, with three kids that were of the age boy 5, girl 9 and boy 11 when Nicha came to us. We needed help as we both work full time and the kids have sports activities several days a week. We have all become very fond of Nicha and she has been a great help with the daily logistics helping with babysitting, picking up from kinder garden and school. Especially we have needed help with our youngest as the two eldest are on activities that often are close to and after his bedtime. It has been a great help that Nicha has played with him, doing art activities, helping with homework and putting him to bed. She has shown a lot of patience with him and he really shows that he appreciate and love her. Nicha has also been a great help in the house, preparing breakfast and dinner for our family, cleaning and helping with children’s laundry. With 3 active kids, it is a lot of logistics and Nicha has been a huge savior for us to make everyday chores go more smoothly. The kids and we really appreciate Nicha and she has been a real savior to our family. She is always positive and helpful, trustful, easygoing and shows initiative. She is playful and sporty, hiking in the mountains and riding bike. She tried cross country skiing and downhill for the first time and did it amazingly well. Letter Of Recommendation for Nicha Sanprasert March 12, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: Nicha lived with our family as our AuPair from January of 2014-February 2016 caring for our son who at the time she joined us was just 2 years old. Nicha would work 45 hours during the week with our son and a few weekend nights she would care for him and put him to bed when we would have an event or dinner. Nicha’s care for our son was exceptional. We credit much of his development during these years to her love, care, patience and attention to doing what was right for him. Nicha would follow our direction at all times but would also know the right choice to make when directions weren’t given. She was lively, always ready to go on an adventure with him, playful and energetic. She would read to him, play with his toys and help him with his pre-academics every day. As a member of our family, Nicha was a joy- like a daughter. She does not require much from her host family at all but she gives more than she receives. She was always ready to help around dinner time and help to clean up after our son. She would put the needs of our family before her own need to socialize although we made it a priority to allow her to meet her peers in the area. Nicha had use of a car and was always respectful and was a good driver-she never received a ticket or had an accident. I feel that the next family who has a chance to have Nicha in their home, will be fortunate. She is a wonderful young woman and if you treat her like you would a family member, you will get back 100 times more in the love and attention she will provide your child/children and family.
