My name is Jolene (you can call me Jolene). I currently live in Chaparral with my husband and our 2 furbabies. I don't have littles of my own but I like hanging out with them and love all animals. I place value on engaging and interacting with children instead of placing them in front of the TV or iPad. I read stories, use our imaginations, make arts and crafts, and play sports or in the playground. I speak English fluently, as well as Dutch. I also speak some French and Spanish. I am excited to meet your family and make life a little easier for you.

I am very experienced in child care I first stared babysitting at the age of 13 after taking the babysitting course. I am comfortable with children of all ages from newborn to teens. I babysit my 2 year old nephew regularly and nannied for a set of twins. I am positive, fun, understanding, and patient. I am comfortable working with Autistic and special needs children as well. I also assisted in coaching gymnastics to children 3 to 13 during high-school. I have had first aid training and would have no issue obtaining it again if it was paid for. I have no issue getting a criminal record check (my last one was 2-3 years ago) when I worked an anti vaping and smoking campaign in Calgary Schools. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I have experience in organization, and cleaning houses, but would prefer to do so when the children are at school, or not around as their care is my main priority.
