Hi, my name is Gabby ; I am a high school graduate with multiple honour roll acknowledgements. I currently attend the University of British Columbia and am studying psychology and play for their softball team. I am an extremely caring and driven individual who loves working with children. I am a part of a nuclear family, meaning that I live with my parents, twin sister, and our two dogs. I have a healthy relationship with all of my family members. I lead a highly active lifestyle that makes up many of my hobbies, including playing competitive softball, participating in cross-fit and yoga, as well as hiking. I come from an extremely big family and have coached children of all ages for around four years, making me quite comfortable with children. I am also first aid certified.

I have no official childcare work experience, but I have babysat my younger cousins on numerous occasions, and in 2017 I babysat my younger neighbours weekly. I would intend to provide care for children by creating a stimulating environment for your child to thrive and learn, comfort children when they are upset and respond accordingly to their emotional needs, work with you, the parent, and help reach any goals that are set for the children.
