From a young age I have enjoyed being a caregiver and truly love helping others. For the past 22 years I have served the community working for Fraser Health as a Care Aide and have worked in Palliative, Psychiatry, Geriatric Transition, Specialized Alzheimer’s and Extended Care. I have experience in many different areas helping me navigate my way way through life with a positive and empathetic mindset. I offer companion services, hands on gentle personal care, travel care, errands and outings, pet therapy, nutritious and delicious cooking. My interests include being active, anything outdoors, cooking, DIY projects, travel and spending time with family.

I have 2 children myself and many niece’s and nephew’s. My youngest niece has ASD so I have behavioural intervention experience as well.
