I am currently 26 years old. For some experience.. - I have nannied two little girls from the ages of 2 & 4, up to 4 & 6 for two straight summers. I watched them from about 7am to about 11pm at night. Making sure we had scheduled times in the day to play different activities, naps, making meals etc. I really loved it and it was lots of fun teaching them new things and just having fun with them and making them smile. - I have also watched my 5 year old nephew and 3 year old niece, on days that their mother was working. I make healthy lunches and snacks for them as well as getting them outside to play, on the days that aren't too cold. haha. And just normal child care activities and responsibilities. - I also nannied for a family (met from this site). Two year old girl and four month old girl. I was full time and in charge of picking the older one up from morning pre school. I also made lunch and dinner for the family and the parents worked down stairs. I did some housework and laundry. - My most recent family working with, 8-5pm. 18month old and 4 year old, with 10+ major allergies. In trusted with a vehicle for personal and work related. Grocery shopping; making dinners, kids breakfast & lunches. Laundry, and light house hold clean up. ECE programs, toddler swimming lessons, gymnastics, Toronto zoo, etc. Light errands for the family, etc. I'd be happy to take your children out of the house as much as possible because I know it's good to get out and see new things. Have knowledge through a class in first aid, CPR, and babysitting (Infants & Children) I am able to do simple house work such as cleaning, dog walking, tutor, and cook healthy meals while your children are asleep.
