My name is Laura and I am living in Burnaby, Vancouver. I was born in Mexico but have been living here for most of my life. I love all children, elderly and animals and am willing to take care and guide and help kids from 9 months old upto 13 years old whom I can embrace my experience and love for children with. I have housekeeping experience, full driving licence, experience training puppies, 10+ years of childcare provider expertise. I have a big family that I love to be around with. Family, loyalty and respect are what I value the most. I love cooking for my family and friends as well as baking. Those closest to me regard me as patient, very neat and tidy and independent. I personally like to do house work and encouraging little ones to discover their own abilities to grow with safety and curiosity. I enjoy meeting new people and most of all helping those around me. I have graduated from an interior decorating program as the home to me has always been a passion since my early years. On my spare time I sing in a choir with the Vancouver Academy of music, refurbish furniture, paint, workout, bake and read about all health, history. I enjoy staying active, as for the past few years I have taken part in several cardio and strength training programs all of which require me to be knowledgeable in principles of general fitness and what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle. I have my First Aid and CPR and Foodsafe level c. I am taking part-time courses online through Thompson Rivers Uni making my schedule quite flexible.
