Live-out Caregiver (who is already in Canada) needed to provide care to a couple in west vancouver, BC DUTIES include: - assistance with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting in the house in manual w/c - monitoring patient medications and health charts - maintaining open communication between family and health care professionals - documenting and reporting any changes in client’s health status - must be in a good physical shape to perform the duties (!!)
