Looking for worker for woman quadriplegic in private home in Coquitlam. Experience and education in caring for persons with paralysis helpful. Personal care, limited meal preparation, light house cleaning involved. Reliability, patience, excellent health, strength and cleanliness necessary. Duties include; showers, bladder-catheter-,bowel care, range of motion movement, transfers-manual, approx. 100 lbs. two person assist. Wound care involved. Positive attitude essential. Interest in learning about individual needs and supporting independence of client with direction from client.. Ability to communicate in English. Flexibility on schedule, some workers to return.
