Looking for nanny to take care of our currently 9-month old little miss sunshine when I return to work part-time in July/August. My husband's work schedule is ever-changing so we need to ensure someone is there for our girl when we are working on the same day. The ideal situation would be someone who is available to work a maximum of 20 hours but would be ok with weeks with less if hubby is home on my workdays. However, we are willing to commit to set hours if our needs for flexibility cannot be met. The shifts would be 7:30-noon, on three weekdays (probably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), and Saturdays from 7:30-1:30pm (approximately). We are looking for someone who loves babies and follows children's leads, with a loose structure and lots of room for the spontaneity of childhood. We are looking for someone who is outdoorsy and loves music.
