STARTING: May 1st, 2017, our family is looking for a reliable, engaged, and warm part time nanny for our 12 month and 2.5 year old sons. I have spoken to them in semi-fluent, broken Spanish since birth, but would like them to converse regularly with a Native Spanish speaker if possible. We currently live in Abbotsford, but plan to move to Chilliwack soon. HOURS: Fluctuating Days and Hours (During Mon-Fri only and between 7am to 5pm) for an average of 100 hrs/week SALARY: Negotiable CHILD CARE DUTIES: Supervising and engaging in outdoor and indoor children's play time, going for walks to the park, making lunch and providing snacks, putting kids down for their afternoon naps/quiet time, changing diapers and supporting potty training when needed. HOUSEHOLD DUTIES: Maintaining general tidiness, sweeping, dishes dirtied that day, and children's laundry. Occasional dinner preparation skills are an asset. REQUIREMENTS: Willing to pray and sing to Jesus with children at meals and naps, fluent Spanish is a bonus, children's first aid (or willingness to obtain), criminal record check (or willingness to obtain), and recent child care related references that can be contacted.
