Elderly woman with ALS seeking a Personal Support Worker in Cambridge Ontario. The successful candidate will be friendly, kind and compassionate towards my mom and her condition. Duties include: - Food preparation (prepare and serve) - Administering medication (pills) - House cleaning and laundry (sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, folding laundry) - Help with daily routine (bathing, dressing) - Wheel Chair Transfers - Transportation (driving to appointments, picking up groceries) - Companionship (conversation, activities, outdoor trips) - Physical exercise (massaging) Hours This position is consistent part time hours which is broken down into shifts and may include both day and evening hours.
