Hi All I am looking for a nanny who can work with my flexible schedule, as I can work with hers. I work anywhere from 2-4 days a week. Currently the kids dad watches them on his off shifts so some days are only 4 or 5 hours needed. I have a set 8 week rotation. So I know my schedule far into the future barring any switches made. My 8 hour shifts can start at 630am, 7, 8, 10 or 230pm and 3pm My son is in JK so during some of the day shifts you would do drop off and pickup at the bus stop...then have only one adorable little girl 2 yr old to watch.
