I'm looking for a live out (but sleepover weekends) part time caregiver for my sister who is 50 years old, lives in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in North York near the Subway line, buses and shopping centre. She suffered a stroke a few years ago, but is very independently living, she has a full time live in caregiver and needs a relief caregiver for Saturdays to Sundays (arrive Saturday 8am and sleepover until Monday morning at 8am). She simply requires someone to be with her and help with medication reminders, meal preparation assistance, accompanying her to yoga and gym classes, and transitioning back to a healthy active lifestyle. It is a very easy position and very comfortable with many opportunities for breaks throughout the day and evening. The hours for this position may be flexible as well, we can discuss schedules with the current live in caregiver and family to arrange. Those that require sponsorship through live in caregiver program and a nursing background preferred. We need someone to work part time from.
