This position is full time, live on site, hands on Repairs and Maintenance person for a 55 age seniors home with 136 suites. Require a live in, on site person who is able to paint, lay carpet, flooring, tiling, wall repair etc. and is handy to fix appliance etc.. This person would also oversee any contract workers, purchase supplies, and manage a budget, and do some outdoor work. Please see our Parkdale Manor at www. callingministries. org. Ideally suited to husband and wife team, where wife could do janiotrial duties as well. If Live Out need to live near the Parkdale Manor to respond to emergencies.
