We have a complex family dynamic in that our 4 children have special and different needs.  The successful candidate will work in our home for 5-15 hours a week. We need someone who is flexible to work around our shift work schedules, although we do know our schedules and child care requirements a few weeks in advance. Duties are as follows: * assist with homework * work with children to develop fine and gross motor skills * provide respite for parents * mind the children during appointments and recreation programs Qualifications: * We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours and has an interest in a career working with children. * A candidate enrolled in or graduated from a childcare/support program is preferred.   * Police check is mandatory.
