We have 3 young (and fun) kids ages 1.5, 3.5 and 5. We are an active family and love to be outside, biking, and travelling. We like to maintain a healthy lifestyle and are seeking someone with a similar mindset. The kids are busy but polite, inquisitive and well behaved. The older two will be in PT school / pre-school starting one Sept. We are looking for someone who has broad interests, patience for toddlers, is motivated to come up with new and creative ideas, enjoys being active and outdoors and can easily identify and address needs as they arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging the children in play, occasional transport or support of children in community activities, assisting with meal prep as well as some minor housekeeping support. Compensation will be based on experience, and effort put in (eg bonuses). I work part time but will be looking for near full time hours from a nanny (about 35 hours over 4 days). Optional evening and weekend hours could also be available if of interest. We're are happy to accommodate days off and holiday time etc with advance notice.
