We are looking for a full-time, live-out nanny for our growing family. We currently have a 1.5 year old boy and are expecting another child in January. I am a stay at home mom and looking for help with the arrival of baby. We are located in Richmond Hill, ON. We are looking for a long-term, energetic and loving nanny that is experienced with toddlers and infants to join our family. Hours would likely be from 8:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday -Friday). Some flexibility with hours would be discussed during the interview process. Duties & responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Speaks English and Russian • Responsible • Good attitude and loves children - ability to discipline when needed • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment • Meeting the children’s social, emotional and physical needs • Providing age-appropriate activities • Taking the children on age-appropriate outings • Ability to multi task - keep house tidy, make meals, play with kids • Likes being outside and playing with kids outside • Basic housekeeping duties, laundry, dishes, tidying • Light housework and errands when needed • Good sense of humor and patience • Preparing nutritious meals/snacks and family meals • Accompanying parents to appointments or activities • Minor pet-care duties (family has 2 cats) Assets/Qualifications: • First Aid + CPR Certificate • Experience caring for newborns and toddlers • Degree or courses in early childhood education an asset • Able to provide a criminal history check • Dependable, honest and trustworthy • Able to provide references upon request • Long-term commitment • Authorization to legally work in Canada Please contact us if you are interested, or would like additional information about this posting.
