Our little family is seeking a part time, live out nanny for the months of November and December with the position increasing to a minimum of 30 hours a week in January 2018 until the end of April. There is the potential for this position to resume in September 2018 until the end of April 2019. Our family consists of Regan (Mom and university instructor in music education), Joel (Dad retired military working for Veteran Affairs), and Andrew (our 13 month old peek-a-boo enthusiast, lover of berries, books, the and outdoors). We live in a 2 bedroom corner apartment on Richmond Road close to the Royal Jubilee Hospital. You're the perfect fit for our family if you are someone who: - arrives promptly at the prearranged times - prepares nutritious snacks and lunches (with kitchen clean up afterwards) - changes diapers and will dress Andrew accordingly for indoor/outdoor activities - will go on daily outdoor adventures (walks, beach, park, playgrounds) - likes to guide age/developmentally appropriate crafts, games, and activities - enjoys many styles of music and likes to sing - has a sense of humour and kind spirit We minimize TV time when Andrew is around to encourage play and imagination time. Andrew currently has one nap a day in the late morning for 1-1.5 hours. He does not have any medical conditions or allergies of which we are aware.
