Hello, My husband and I are looking for a trusted babysitter to help with our 2.5 year old one evening a week on a regular basis, plus a few additional evenings a month with the odd weekend for a date night. We are a warm, relaxed family and want someone that can fit in and enjoy being with our son to ease the stress of a two parent working household with no family in the area. Duties would include: - Playing games and spending time outside with our son - being silly and singing songs - Reading books or telling stories - Coming up with crafts - Making dinner and feeding him - Bath and bedtime routine - Tidying up once he is asleep including putting away his toys, cleaning from dinner (ie: running the dish washer, wiping counters, sweeping/vacuuming crumbs). The general hours would be 5 - 9 once a week and then a few additional nights a month when I must travel for work and my husband works late. We would love someone that enjoys being silly with kids, is comfortable handling a toddler, is warm and energetic. Drivers license and a car is an assist - as picking from his daycare is not required, but would be beneficial References required (2) Experience with this age group and baby-sitting ECE an assist We do not have pets.
