We are a professional couple looking for a caring, responsible and experienced nanny to care for our 11 month old daughter. We live in New Brighton community in SE Calgary. You will be a nanny with at least three years experience in nannying, child care or au pair work. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented. You will be required to work weekdays from 8am – 1pm, with occasional evenings/weekends for which you will be paid. We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker. Your responsibilities will include: 1)Preparing meals and snacks for the baby. 2) Putting the baby down for naps 3) Changing nappies and clothing, as well as washing and drying clothes as required 4) Bathing the baby 5) Playing with the baby and taking her for walks in the stroller 6) Reading to the baby 7) Some cleaning and general housekeeping 8) You will need a current First Aid certificate, Working With Children police check certificate and a current driver’s license. A Certificate in Child Care will also be highly regarded. In return, you will be well treated and will receive a good wage, have full use of the house, and be treated as one of the family.
