Looking for a housekeeper/nanny 1-2 mornings a week starting September. We are a young family expecting a new baby. At the time of this job, our toddler will be two years old and I would like to spend some 1:1 time with him but know how hard it can be to get a baby on a schedule unless they are sleeping at home with a consistent schedule. The position would mainly be for housekeeping duties while my 5 month old naps. The exact schedule is up in the air up may look something like this: Arrive around 8:30/9. I would expect to put my baby down for a nap around 9am and would like to get out of the house for 1-2 hours with my toddler. During that time, you would be cleaning until the baby wakes up (roughly 2 hours). Depending on the day, I would either be home and you can continue housekeeping duties or I might ask that you watch him (feed him a bottle) until I return shortly after. Length of time you would stay is flexible depending on how long you can/would like to stay to complete the tasks. House keeping duties would include: Light tidy up (our house is generally organized and cleanish) but putting away of any toys, dishes... etc Vacuum/mop the floor Bathrooms Kitchen cleanup Wiping down of surfaces Bedding laundry (every other week) Childcare is fairly minimal but experience with infants is important to us.
