Hi, We require a caregiver for our one year old. He's a very friendly baby but can be a bit picky when it comes to people - we haven't been able to figure out a pattern yet but have a couple of theories! He's also very active and there are times when he gets lost in play but generally he requires active engagement. We are not yet comfortable leaving him alone at home so one of us will be at home (working) when he is being taken care of. This would also facilitate the caregiver incase they want to take breaks one of us can take care of him for a short period. We would also like to build trust over time so we are comfortable leaving him alone, so we would ideally like someone available over a longer term. We will need about 20-30 hours per week till June and hours may drop a little thereafter. We live right at the intersection of Bay and Charles in a one bedroom apartment.
