We are looking for an energetic, caring, and experienced nanny to help our busy household. Duty is to help look after a 5 year old boy. Our son enjoys playing, spending time outside (biking, going to the park, going to the beach). Other duties include taking child to scheduled activities at nearby communiter centres, light household cleaning, laundry, dishes, basic meal and snacks prep. Our home is conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance from the Nanaimo Skytrain station. Afternoon school pick up is needed daily. The preschool is also within walking distance from our home. Work hours are 2pm - 6pm and 4 to 5 days a week starting immediately until end of June, then 10am to 6pm 5 days a week during summer months until labour day. We also pay overtime for occasional days longer than 8 hours. Our son attends full day kindergarten in Sep. Exact schedule can be negotiated. We are flexible and can suit your needs. We also have a 3-month old infant that I primarily care for at home while on mat leave and my husband works full-time. The nanny will be asked to help care for the infant like bathing and diapers.
