We are a family of four with two working parents. Our two children (5 and 11) go to school in West Vancouver. We are looking for someone to: 1) Come to our home around 2, do some household work that includes kids laundry, tidying up, and dinner preparation. 2) Pick up the kids from school around 3:15. Take them to after-school activities or playing with them. 3) Occasional evening babysitting would also be appreciated. The ideal candidate will: -Be athletic and enjoys playing outside. -Play/interact with enthusiasm and positive energy. -Encourage learning and curiosity. -Teach reading and other skills. -Tell us about how each day went with the kid(s). -Help out as needed in other kid-related areas (appointments, etc). We are a fun loving family; we encourage the kids to go outdoors and explore the world. Favourite spots include the aquarium, science world, beach, swimming pool, and hiking trails. We will pay competitive salary (20 - 22+), depending on experience and education.
