We are looking to find a family to share our amazing nanny with! We’re fairly flexible and happy to discuss options for the nature of the nanny share within the limits of our care needs. Let’s talk! Our oldest daughter, Sadie (4 this October), is starting JK this September, and our nanny will be completely free in the mornings. She will have to pick up Sadie from Fairbank PS around 2:45pm and will have her until 6pm (during this time, she can continuing caring for your children within regulations for child-to-caregiver ratios). Our youngest daughter (Kate, 16 mo) is starting full-time daycare. If we can find an appropriate nanny share, we’d look into withdrawing her from daycare so we can both save some money. We’ve had our nanny since February 2018, and she’s proven to be extraordinarily reliable. She’s always on time and hasn’t missed a day (other than that one time when my kids gave her the stomach flu... oops). The kids absolutely adore her. She’s always coming up with new games and activities to entertain and engage them, and she makes sure that they get outside as much as they can. She sets and maintains healthy boundaries for the kids, and she has magic powers for getting babies to nap! I can’t recommend her highly enough. I have her permission to share her contact details.
