We are looking for someone to help take care of managing a 75-year old man's daily schedule and medical care, and general house duties including meal prep and cleaning. He is fully mobile and independent, but as a stroke survivor he needs help with: - Getting ready in the morning - Keeping him company and interact with good conversation including outings - Tracking his physio appointments and driving him to them - Doing his daily exercises (mental and physical) - Preparing or ordering his meals - Daily housekeeping duties to keep the house in order We are looking for a mature individual who has a bright spirit, enjoys conversation and lots of interaction. You have to have the ability to manage multiple tasks and have good organization skills. A can-do attitude and initiative are assets that would make you successful in this role. Must have your own car and driver's license. Non-smokers only please. Mileage will be reimbursed as agreed. Hours are part-time during the day with some flexibility. Ideally we would like someone Tue, Thu and Fri mornings and Mon/Wed afternoons for 5 hour intervals.
