We are hiring a Live-in Caregivers for our clients.
Responsibilities can include helping clients with:
Personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing and grooming
Cooking and nutritional guidance
Transportation services
Light housekeeping services and laundry
Medication reminders
Exercise and physical assistance
Conversation, companionship and mental stimulation
Desired Skills and Experience:
Health Care Assistant Certificate (HCA), Home Support Worker Certificate (HSW) would be an asset
At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
Valid driver's license and own transportation; proof of current Autoplan insurance
English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Two references required
Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
Valid criminal record check
