We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our three year old and 9 month old sons. Must be flexible, willing to work on some weekends. Work setting will be at employer’s residence. Schedule is Monday until Thursday, 8am to 4pm, 4 days a week (32 hours per week). Skills requirements: - With at least 2 years experience as a nanny, or completion of a training program in child care or a related field - Must have First Aid Certification and CPR training - Must be able to communicate in English - Ability to work without supervision - Ability to perform household work Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and care for the children - Tend to the emotional well-being of the children - Bathe and dress the children - Change diapers - Do the children’s laundry - Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement, learning, and exercise - Prepare & serve nutritious meals - Keep records of the children’s daily activities - Provide adequate rest and nap periods for the children, as instructed by employer - Light housekeeping - Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home in the absence of parents This is live out position, $14-$16/hour, Canadian, aboriginal, permanent residents, and Temporary Foreign Worker with valid work permit can apply.
