We need a part-time nanny on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm to care for our 1 year old daughter. We also have an 8 year old daughter who is with us on Thursdays and every other weekend. We would need the part-time nanny to care for her as well from 3:00pm-4:30pm every other Friday. We would prefer to hire someone who has a valid driver's license. This way, they can pick up our 8 year old from school every other Friday afternoons (however, being able to drive is NOT a requirement for this position). We have a car that they can use. We would also prefer someone who doesn't mind cooking occasionally and doing light housework while our 1 year old is napping (she typically takes one nap in the morning and one nap in the late afternoon). We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker and is comfortable around pets. We have two yorkshire terriers who are 4lbs and 5lbs (very friendly dogs!). A criminal check is needed as well as references to previous childcare positions. Certification in child and infant CPR is an asset. We live in Vancouver and are located two minutes away from a skytrain station and bus loop. We very much look forward to hearing from you!
