I have a sweet 7-month-old baby girl, which I'd love to get some help with, especially for her day naps (she likes to be rocked or bounced to sleep still, or carried in Ergo Baby Carrier). I'm looking for help 2 or 3 times a week, 5-7hours each time (about 20hours a week in total), from morning to late afternoon; I'm quite flexible with which days.
