Heyyyy calling all awesome fun, young, reliable nannies!!( also calling nannies interested in nanny share - see below) My name is Jessica and I'm a stay at home mom😀. Family is my number 1 passion and priority. My kids and my husband are amazing!! I love cooking and travel. Being active and social is Also very important to me. My previous job before kids was as a full time care aid specializing in dementia care. My hubby and I are looking for a nanny for a minimum of once a week( preferably Tuesday or Thursday...but am flexible on the day if necessary...and maybe an odd eve date night here and there..but not completely necessary) to look after our 2 sweet daughters Scarlett(2.5y)and Hattie(10m). I would like the day to be somewhat permanent so I can plan ahead with errands and appts. Also maybe another extra 4 hour morning or afternoon shift couple times Month would be a bonus for us! I have kind of a high energy vibe so my hope with a nanny is that her personality is a little more grounded and calm than mine. We live in the Rutland area and we also have 2 dogs (Stormy is a border collie x lab and Frank is a Boston terrier). We are an active family who spend lots of time outdoors and out participating in the many family activities offered here in the Okanogan. We also love to travel when we can. We are mostly plant based with our diet (not that you have to be😀-non judgmental people here). We feel very blessed to have happy healthy little girls as well as being so lucky to have found each other and be in a happy and wonderful marriage of 4 years...together before that for almost 3). We just really want to find a great gal that can grow with us as a family. We do plan to have another baby in a year or 2 so we will need the help of a nanny for years to come. I've had grandma's (my mom) help with the kids now since their birth but now with 2 kids and possible 3rd in the future i feel like sometimes i overwhelm my mom with too much childcare responsibility. I don't want the kids to fall in love with someone and then for the nanny to move on. So someone that is really looking for helping out long-term is key for us &####-###-####; So a day with my kids( and me) would look like this. I would like you to come to my house around 8:45-9am and take Scarlett to the strong start program which is literally right across the street from us. Its such a wonderful program and Scarlett attends with me and grandma a couple times a week already so she is very comfortable there. It's from 845-1145. Then around noon when you get home with her I'd like to run out for 3-4 hours on my own. You would then be watching both kids in our home. But usually at this time, noon-2pm, baby Hattie is napping. Although Sometimes she goes down a little earlier, depending on when she wakes in the morning. We are currently phasing out Scarletts nap. When the Strong Start program is closed (holidays etc) I want you to take Scarlett on some sort of outing ( ie. Library, fun bugs, park etc) . I would arrive home by 4pm at the latest. We have a large playroom/basement area and prefer no screen time while you watch the girls. They have lots of toys , games, books and puzzles to entertain them. An evening date night would just be me and hubby going out for a dinner. We do not drink alcohol so we don't do late nights very often. Home by 9pm at the latest. Just a dinner out here and there ( maybe even an occasional movie&####-###-####;)without kids would be amazing😍 So with all that being said if it works out that you are a fit for our family, I have 2 other families that would be interested in the same. Once a week(daytime) at least, and the odd date night night for them too. My one girlfiend and her hubby( they live upper mission)have 2 kids same age as ours and she is a stay at home mom as well. And my other girlfriend and hubby( live in black mountain) have one 2 y old and she works mostly from home as a successful Rodan and Fields consultant. They both are looking for one day a week with a similar outlook on what a day of a nanny helping out looks like. Would be awesome if u had a car seat but we could of course supply you with one.
