Hi There, We are a busy family of 5 located in Waterloo. We have 3 amazing and energetic children aged 2.5, 5, and 8. We are looking for a skilled childcare provider who is energetic and passionate towards our children, and would be able to occupy them in the afternoons with fun and productive activities, as well as homework help. Ideal work hours would be between 2 to 9pm. The children arrive home at 3, and the 1 hour before would allow some time to prepare the activities for the day. We are looking for someone who has experience with children in this age group ideally with an educational background related to teaching or early childhood education. Duties include: Assisting children with homework Creating fun and educational activities to keep the children engaged during work hours Meal prep Helping with bedtime routine. We do have a separate hired cleaner who will be responsible for cleaning the home 1-2 days/week, however the expectation would be to keep the home clean during work hours and ensuring kids clean up after themselves. We will be picking up and dropping our children off to activities ourselves. Our older children do have activities in the evening several days a week, and during that time, our younger child will need supervision.
