Hi! We are two families looking for a full(ish)-time nanny, primarily for our youngest children (both one year old). We are big on reading, play, cuddling, outdoors, keeping things reasonably clean, eating home-made, prioritizing sleep, and having fun. We are not big on screen time. We are an LGBTQIA family. Your schedule would be somewhat changeable, offering between 25 and 32 hours over Monday-Thursday. Most days would be 9-5, with one 12 month old for the first couple of hours, joined by another 12 month old from 10:30ish - 2:30ish. At 3:00 p.m., once the second babe has returned home, two older siblings (six and nine years old) join the mix. The next two hours would consist of preparing snacks, homework help, and play. Some light housework, such as kitchen cleanup, laundry, sweeping, would be involved but priority is always given to caring for the children; we know how demanding that task can be!
