We have immediate opening for LPN/RN or Experienced HCA/RCA for Live-Out or Live-In Position (F/T or P/T shifts) to care for 87 year old gentleman with Type 2 Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure and COPD in "private-care" setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to helping client with: - Personal hygiene such as bathing/showering, peri-care (incontinent) dressing and grooming - Housekeeping services and laundry - Meal Preperation - Medication reminders/Assistance with Puffers - Physical assistance/mobility (with walker) - B/P and Glucose Testing regularly - Health Monitoring Job Requirements: - Must have experience caring for elderly gentlemen - Must have good command of English and be able to communicate with client with hearing impairment - Passionate about providing quality care for elderly - Criminal Record Check - Up-to-date immunizations - Professional References Position includes Generous Compensation, Bonuses, Private Accommodations Must be compassionate, honest, RELIABLE, patient and confident!
