We are seeking a Family Assistant for our family of 4. Candidate must be mature, dependable, kind, and energetic. This position will act as the parents' personal assistant with the largest component of the job involving childcare and household duties such as: - Driving our children to and from school and activities - Assisting our children with daily tasks and meals - Meal preparation and cooking - Light housekeeping and laundry - Running errands - Household organization - Scheduling A daily routine during the school year would start by preparing breakfast, packing lunches, and driving our children to school. During the school day, the job focus would be on household tasks such as running errands, tidying, animal preparation. School pickup in the afternoons would be followed by snack and dinner preparation, kids activities and/or homework assistance. Some days would include driving our children to their after school sports or outings. During the school year we foresee needing assistance in the mornings before school until the early evenings. Summer break and school holidays will have a later start Tim with a more condensed schedule. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in caring for primary aged children and managing a busy household. An ECE certification would be referred. First aid training, valid driver's license, and a completed vulnerable sector check are required. We are very excited to find the right fit for our family.
